Welcome to the Mental Health Literacy (MHL) Project, an innovative initiative spanning Bulgaria, Serbia, Germany, and Turkey. We're on a mission to enhance mental health awareness and support among young adults and youth workers.

What We Do

Our project takes a holistic approach to improving mental health literacy among youth and youth workers. We believe that by combining education, training, research, and community building, we can create lasting change in how mental health is understood and addressed.
